General Chapter Requirements



YEAR-END AWARDS ARE PRESENTED TO VADA-CH RIDERS IN GOOD STANDING THAT MEETS CERTAIN SCORE REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE SHOW SEASON.

1 December 2021 - 30 November 2022

  • The competitor must be a VADA-CH member at the time scores were earned.
  • The scores must be the same horse and rider combination together and divided by the total number of tests ridden to receive an average score.
  • The awards year will run from December 1 to November 30.
  • For all awards, scores must be earned from at least 2 different judges.
  • Tests must be two (2) different tests of the level.
  • Eight (8) hours of volunteer time at a VADA-CH event. Other members can donate hours. Need 8 hours total for all three categories combined.
  • Score submission within 45 days of the date of the show by submitting the online form below to the Chapter's Award Chair to track for Year-End Awards.
  • For Chapter Year-End Awards, may submit USDF summary by 1 December. Email/pdf USDF summary to the Chapter Awards Chair.

Judges

Must be L level or higher. At least 2 different judges.

Shows

Any schooling show or USEF licensed breed restricted show. Also scores from Junior Team and Adult Amateur Competitions.
