Membership Form 

Online Submission and Payment

Membership runs from 1 December - 30 November

VADA is a USDF Group Membership Organization and VADA-CH members are automatically

 USDF members.





Membership Enrollment Fees

Signup before 1 January and receive a $5,00 discount on a Senior or Junior Membership.

  • Senior (Over 18) - $55.00
  • Junior (18 or Younger) -$50.00
  • Family (2 members) - $65.00
  • Family (3 members) - $85.00
  • Family (Each additional family member) - $31.00 each (Family can include a farm's working student)
  • Group 1st Group Member (5) - $55.00
  • Group  Member - Additional Member - $31.00 (5 or more - Schools, 4-H, Pony Club)
  • Affiliate Primary Chapter - $20.00 (A person who belongs to another VADA chapter and wishes to be affiliated with VADA-CH)
  • Early Bird Discount - $5.00 (deduction - Senior or Junior Membership paid before 1 January

After receipt of the membership application and payment, members will receive a VADA-CH membership card in the mail. For new members xxxx
